WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER REGISTRATION?

We will choose the most appropriate teacher on the basis of the information you give us,
send you an e-mail with an invoice for the lessons of your choice, and your teacher’s contact information.

WHICH TEACHER WILL I GET?

We always try to link up students with teachers such that they are a good match
in terms of genre, time, and character.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY THROUGH OTHER SYSTEMS?

Yes, we are at Stips, Benefit Plus, Benefit Café and Edenred.

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE AN INSTRUMENT?

You can rent an instrument from our school.  We can also get you a good price if you want to purchase a new instrument, and help you choose one that is right for you. Just write to kralova@myacademy.cz

DO YOU GIVE LESSONS OUTSIDE OF THE SCHOOL?

Yes – classes can take place in some of our teacher’s classrooms or in your home.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY TEACHER?

Just write to us and we will address the situation and choose a new teacher for you.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CANNOT COME TO MY CLASS?

If you excuse yourself 48 hours in advance, you can arrange a different date.
Otherwise the class is understood as having been taught.

CAN I GET A DIFFERENT NUMBER OF LESSONS?

Of course.  Just write what number of lessons you want to kralova@myacademy.cz.

CAN I GET A VOUCHER FOR A DIFFERENT NUMBER OF LESSONS?

Certainly, just write what number of lessons you want to kralova@myacademy.cz.
But always at least 3 lessons – 30 minutes.
